About us
Lucido Detailing is a trading name of Elanas Betevas, a sole trader based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire. Contact: info@lucidodetailing.co.uk, 07526 117138.
Quotes
We quote based on the information you give us about your vehicle. If the vehicle's size or condition is significantly different on the day, we'll explain why and agree any change with you before continuing.
Bookings and changes
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the service, price, date and location with you. If you need to change or cancel, please let us know as early as possible. We may need to rearrange work if the weather makes it unsuitable, particularly for polishing and coatings, and we'll agree a new time with you.
On the day
Please make sure we can safely access the vehicle at the agreed location and remove personal belongings and valuables. Let us know about any existing damage, aftermarket parts or delicate areas before we start.
Expectations
We'll always tell you honestly what results to expect. Some defects, such as deep scratches, chips or permanent stains, may only improve rather than disappear completely.
Payment
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in advance.
Concerns
If you're not happy with any part of our work, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally on the day, so we can put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers can be used towards the service or value shown on the voucher. Any validity period will be stated on the voucher.
