Ceramic Coating: FAQs
How long does a ceramic coating last?
It depends on the coating and how the car is looked after, but you can expect protection measured in years rather than months.
Does it stop stone chips and scratches?
No. A ceramic coating protects against dirt, weather and fading and makes washing far easier, but it isn't a protective film and won't stop stone chips or deep scratches.
Does the weather matter?
Yes. Coatings need dry conditions to cure, so we'll plan the day around the forecast and tell you how long to keep the car dry afterwards.
